• Using Mercedes Sprinter recovery truck – vehicles (runners and non-runners) up to 1500kg
• Using open Brian James twin axle trailer – vehicles (runners and non-runners) up to 2300kg
• Caravans, trailers and boats on trailers up to 3200kg straight tow using a 4x4 vehicle
• 13000kg winches fitted to both recovery truck and trailer.
• Trailer fitted with long ramps and tilt pack for vehicles with low clearance
• Recovery truck equipped with Race Ramps for vehicles with low clearance
• Skates available to assist loading of vehicles with seized brakes or transmission, or where the suspension is damaged.
• Fully comprehensive Motor Trade Insurance covering Road Risk and Goods in Transit  (Sorry, no high performance sports cars. Caravans and trailers covered 3rd party only)
• 365 day service

• Same day quote – just send us the full postcode for collection and delivery, make and model of the vehicle and when you are looking to move the vehicle

• We will give you an estimated time of arrival the day before the job and when setting off
• We will keep you informed of any unforeseen delays (caused by road works/heavy traffic etc.)
• We will notify you (in a road legal manner) when we are within 30 minutes of arrival
• If a journey is so long that it needs two days to complete, your vehicle will be stored overnight in our secure compound with restricted, secure access and 24 hour monitoring
• We can deal with any paperwork (V5Cs) should you need us to

• All vehicles should roll and steer for loading (supplied with keys)*
• Caravans and trailers must be road legal, tyres in good condition, including a spare tyre**
• We will need full addresses and contact details for both collection and delivery locations, along with any issues regarding access, such as narrow lanes, difficulty turning, low head height etc. This information may influence the type of vehicle used.
• Payment on delivery either by Cash, Paypal or BACS payment prior to unloading.

*Please advise if this is not the case.  It may still be possible to transport with the use of skates etc.

**A lighting board can be provided if lights are not operational
